I am a 31 year old mother of 5 I live in Las vegas ,Nv
I Hd my First child at the young age of 16 , and the rest of them werent spaced very far apart so the damage to my body has been progressive. I started this journey a while back in the end of october at 171.5 lbs , have done amazing things. completely developed self discipline and confidence that I didnt believe was even possible, having been overweight for more than a decade I guess it seems out of reach sooner or later!! Today I feel pretty good about things and still moving forward , I have very few complaints, !!!I am just excited about my new life
