Hi Everyone!
Im 39 yrs old and very overweight for my height. Ive done Atkins 4 yrs ago and lost 30lbs. I have a hard time mainting and gained my weight back. I started 3 days ago and have lost 5 lbs. so far. I also am doing 45 min. of exercise, hoping that will firm me up while losing weight. My goal is to lose 40 lbs. Any advice or great recipes would be appreciated.
