My name is Melissa and I live in Southeastern Kentucky. I have two children who are grown and have married in the past two years. I am very proud of my boy and girl and still love my husband of 27 years very much. Unfortunately, I am not so in love with myself. I am tired of yo-yo dieting and want to get healthy and fit before my 50th birthday. I will be 48 in December. I would like to have most of it done by Christmas. Any helpful advice or prayers would be welcome.
