Hayyy. I am 33, and I have a 13 yr old daughter and a 4 yr old son. I am so tired of being overweight. I feel like a big ol slug...I recently did the Medifast, and lost 30 pounds in a month and a half but my mother -in-law was paying for it and she just cannot afford mine and hers. So, I am just going to try to eat right, and get some exercise(I hate exercise)I just wanna be a better mom, and be around for my kids, u know?!
