I'm a 44 yr old mother of two, a son 15 and a daughter 12. I am a kidney transplant patient. I've had it for 4 1/2 yrs and it's doing very good. I've gained 10 lbs every yr since I've had the kidney. My weight just keeps climbing but, now i8s the time that I take control of my own destiny with my weight and do something about it. I want to get down to 135 lbs before my summer vacation.
