I am a soon to be 56 year old mother, wife and professional person. I have been trying to loose weight on and off ever since I was in eighth grade (around 13 years old). I was doing very well last year and lost 26 lbs on weight watchers exercising every day. I gained a bunch back and I'm starting over with Fat Secret. Had a small set back but i feel like I can get back on track and make this the year I reach my goal weight of 125 and stay there for life! I am 5'1" by the way.
