I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 and looking forward to getting this under control and this journey for a new me!
I have been married for 27 years and I have five children. I have 3 daughters who are 26, 22, and 18. I also have 15 year old twin boys. Yes they are a handful!
My weight has been up and down and I've tried Atkins over and over and I just end up gaining the weight back double....This time I'm just going to take it slow and let it happen....
