After 2 years of the pandemic, I gain all my weight back therefore I decided to go back to this app and hopefully it will help me to stay consistent on my deficit calories. A few years ago this app helped me lose 18 kg, I expect a good result too this time! Fighting! Remember "You don't need to be extreme. Just consistent."
