So I am 51 going on 52. Bodyfat is more important than weight for me.
My goal with watching my weight is more to stay healthy and reasonably active.
I was very surprised to see how vastly your food intake and food burning changes after 40.
So to everyone out there "managing" weight, know we are all in it at some stage after our twenties, like it or not.
Healthy food choices and habits are crucial over any "fad" diet, and moreover support support support. Always know there is someone else out there struggling and you could very well be their support.
Be blessed and eat well and sometimes even have that chocolate to make you smile.
