I live in cottonwood, Arizona. I work in healthcare. I am 50, hypothyroid and i guess pre-diabetic. Nutritionist at the Doc's office says I better do something about it now or I will eventually end up on meds; I can't have that now, can I? I weigh 151 and my goal weight is 130. I have 3 sons. I enjoy hiking, sewing, crochet. would love to find a hiking buddy, there are so many places to hike where I live
