I am a 64 year old diabetic who is on disability for the past year. I used
to have foot ulcers but in the past 3 month my blood sugar has been much
better and I am able to do an hour of chair exercises a day. I worked the
same job for 25 years and it is hard on me to be disabled. I have lost from
my high of 410 down to 330lb and hope to get down to 270.
