I am determined to get healthy this time. Instead of thinking, "I'm fat", I have switched my thinking to, "I am unhealthy." This way, I can not only lose weight, but gain my healthy weight back.
So far, so good. :-)
I wish everyone luck as I know this can be an uphill climb, but we can do it!
