Diario de BrendaG1111, 29 abr. 18

Newbie here. Hello everyone. According to the info I read I should be consuming 1600-1800 calories/day. Is it ok that I’m only consuming around 1200/day?? I am so full and cannot possibly shovel in more food. It’s crazy how full a person gets eating healthy. I do drink water all day long. Ty for any feedback.

Be carful, thats too low calories. Start by 500 calories under your maintenance.

If you are full then stop eating it will help with weight loss.If only i could be full and not hungry all the time.....

Ty slightlyfatswimmer. All my extra calories have been from snacking at night. I know people have said to eat the calories that I’m supposed to but I just can’t.

I read once that eating too few calories can result in you feeling overly tired; which is your bodys way of reducing energy consumption. I'm not sure what you're eating, but you want to eat balanced. i.e. It's not good if you're only eating salad greens; because your body needs carbs, fats, proteins, along with vitamins and minerals to function properly. Whenever you change what you're eating it's a good practice to keep a journal of how you're feeling (headaches, feeling tired, feeling irritable, ...) could all be signs that you're eating too little.
