slips happen. skip the scale and simply right your course. Don't look at it until later in the week or next. No need to give yourself something to beat yourself up with. Just get yourself back on track. You got this.

it was a rough couple of days...tomorrow you will do better! Looking back over my numbers for the last 7 days...my eating habits are obviously bi-polar, anywhere from 1200 to 3500 calories a day...what the heck?!?!?!? I'm just going to move on to next week!

Don't get on the scale. Just get active (ie: jog, walk, workout) and eat lite. Keep going forward.
