day 246..GOOOOOD MORNING FS BUDDIES!!!! HOPE YOUR SUNDAY IS GOING GRRRREAT !!!!..27 outside this morning..my leg is feeling great today and im gonna go to the gym this morning to get my cardio in, thought about a walk, but by going to the gym, then if it gets to hurting, less walking to get in vechile to get bck home..most the snow has melted..but they are callin for another strom just like the last one on monday or tuesday...so darn it..guess winter isnt over yet..but im ready for it to be over..now that im gettin healthier, i want to get out an work off the flab that much more...hope everyone enjoys your sunday ...

ADDON: just got bck from the gym..did 1 hour on elliptical, then took alittle break and did another 20 minutes on a differnt elliptical different workout..so got my cardio in..leg still feels great..today is tweak day on my food journal..i been gettin laxed in what im eating..so gonna work on my eating again..just little tweaks...to get bck onto track again...

you dropped another pound! Good Job buddy! It's nice to see that you are on top of things with your diet. I bet you'll be seeing the mid "TEENS on your scale by mid Feb??
