Diario de Mamagurg, 15 abr. 10

ok, so I'm a little high on calorie intake today. I guess I was having a salt kind of day and didn't pick high protein or fiberous food to keep me full today. ( bad food choices, empty heavy calories) I need to be more conscious tomorrow and dring more water. Still having problems with my foot so I'm having trouble getting my exercise in which isn't making very happy. Tomorrow will be another and better day.
