I have been eating some what the same but i was sick for a few days-that helped me lose a few pounds! I am going to try the core plan and see if that works!!!Today is so nice out i think i will walk today!!!6 more weeks of winter!more time to get in shape! Thanks cuz for the info on the core plan!!
