Got a question about Advil, Tylennol or whatever? Any Carbs in these med's? Facing a day jammed packed, so I have been "pre-planning" my meals, timing, water, etc..to be sure to get it all in. My friend (NOT) showed up again yesterday, not happy! Leave for my cruise tomorrow night - nothing like being in a foreign country looking for a bathroom you can actually use and having to deal with THAT! Hopefully it will be tapering off by then. But I would love to take something for the discomfort now - just not sure what to take, and if it'll mess me up out of Ketosis. Thanks.
