Overall, I ate well and exercised well. But I have a problem, even when walking I tend to bulk up. Walkiing makes my legs very muscular and heavy and the same with my arms.
I also tend to cheat a little, I have some bite size cheese cake and I had 2 of those yesterday - not good, and I also tend to eat too much fruit even though it is only berries.
Today I will challenge myself to: 1) avoid the cheese cake, I will freeze it, that way I will not be tempted. 2) avoid berries except for lunch
