had to weigh in today, I am only down 1 pound, which is kinda discouraging however it's still a loss. I had 2 days that I wanted to eat anything that wasn't nailed down, and it was my sons birthday so there was alot of food laying out and about. I'm gonna keep plugging along we're in a new week and now I have to say focused. There was a potluck today for one our docs for his birthday, I didn't participate, I didn't want the temptation.
