Diario de sue_denim, 22 abr. 18

hey all.

so I've taken a little break - I started becoming obsessed with calories and health foods, weighing myself dozens of times a day. sad to say, i started purging after anyeals with a lot of carbs. .

I'm absolutely terrified of getting back on the scale, my sister in law made awful comments about my legs today and it reinforced that fear 😧 I know it stems from her own insecurities etc. . but it doesn't help knowing that. it just makes me feel useless.

tomorrow, first thing in the morning, I'm going to try again. wish me luck on take two of this diet: here's hoping I can do it with a healthier mindset

Have you had success with a healthy diet/lifestyle diet before? I get where you’re coming from and just getting the right diet for me changed my whole mindset on nutrition...I no longer do my body the injustice of eating food and then getting rid of it just to repeat the pattern. I really hope you get better!

The eating n purging is not worth it. it can lead to so many emotional, mental, psychological problems nevermind the physical... i have seen its effects on a person first hand watching the individual become a fraction of herself.... u deserve better

dont think of it as a diet, make it a lifestyle, and your only human your gonna fell off the wagon ...just dont ever give up..dont do it just to loose weight ..do it to be healthy ..you owe that to yourself! good luck girl!♡

Truth be told...purging does work....but its not good! your teeth become so brittal and just break off and its so unbearably painful and without a good medical aid its not affordable to fix so you get stuck with no teeth. Trust me. I had bad pregnancies where I vomited everything up for practically 9 months each time and im in this situation I explained above. I cant even smile. I look down when I talk to people...if I talk to people because I'm so embarrassed about my teeth. If the diet isnt working for you as an individual then change the diet. Lower your calorie intake and exercise for 10 mins a day to start with and build your way up from there. Or try intimitant fasting? or follow an eating plan. Or eat oats for brekkie, fruit and salad during the day and a small supper. There are other options. try them all until you find what works for you. But never try lose weight over night. Its too fast. Try a kg a week. Weigh in once a week. weight loss is a slow process and you should enjoy watching yourself shrink not be stressing about it. Change your mind set. If you need someone for emotional support. Im here. Im good at making people feel better.
