Sometimes we’re just hungry. Great that you were somewhere that you could grab something that fits your macros.

When I started I gutted the kitchen of anything that would make me slip up or fall back into old habits. The first 2 months without chocolate or crisps was a nightmare but sitting at 4 months now and those cravings are long gone. I've found that this app is a massive help for that.

Good on you! Myself? I get the munchies at work (probably boredom) and the coffee shops on campus are a nightmare for baked goods, crisps and chocolate. Damned expensive too! Even the emergency nuts don’t cut it sometimes.
