These past two weeks, I fell totally off the wagon. I had a couple good days, but generally I ate really poorly and hardly moved at all. PMS is a brutal experience for me every month, but this month I really could not stop eating and I felt emotionally and physically terrible. Thankfully, it's over now, and I can get back to eating only what I need! Summer is approaching, and I want to wear a bathing suit and feel great! :-D
