Another day, another gallon of water. Had a good day yesterday, did squats until I could hardly stand up (I up up to over 35 at a time) so the legs are getting stronger. I have also been fighting with wanting to eat something. I am not hungry, I don't want any particular item and don't really want to eat, but I want something. Weird. I just drink more water until the feeling passes.
