Diario de 143MCW, 25 jul. 07

Ok...I have been exercising in the AM and I find that I am hungrier throughout the day. I don't want to snack and ruin all of my hard work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to curb the appetite??

Drink more water and snack on healthy foods.

You are hungrier because you have boosted your metabolism! As long as you are not eating an entire meal everytime you are hungry, you are doing what you are suppost to. If you are eating your three meals a day, and then having a light snack wheneveryou get hungry in between, there is no ruining going on!

Yes, water. Also, get out of any area that has food, maybe have a coffee with Splenda...
