100% vegan today!

I've made the switch. I have given away all of my frozen meals that included dairy that my boyfriend wouldn't eat. I'm now vegan.

That's awesome! If you ever need support or advice (or recipes), don't hesitate to send me a msg on here. I've been vegan for several years and have really benefited from having other vegans to talk to and get advice from. Have you joined Alicia's site, www.thekindlife.com? It's a pretty good resource as well. The key to being a joyful vegan is to be well informed, expand your recipe repoitoire, and connect with other vegans. :-)
