gaah i ate so much this weekend :(
been feeling SO fat :/
its kinda horrible.
but i'm being good today :)
i ate somewhere around 800 calories (which somehow feels like ALOT :/ )
but i burned about 1000
plus all the cals that you burn just to function
so hopefully im good?
=)
yeahhhh. ugh i need lax but i dont want to take it because... it sucks
so yeah this is fail, i need to make my body use the baaaathroom T_T
rofl so bloated :/
i need to be in the mid-to-low 120's for prom

you might actually need to eat MORE to get your metabolism working, just make sure it's healthy stuff :) & drink lots of water to get rid of the bloating! it seems counterproductive, but it flushes out the salt, which is causing your body to retain water!

yeah thats probably true, but tbh i don't generally even get up to 800 cal so if i eat alot more than that i think im gonna gain like crazy, and it terrifies meee D: and yeah waters wonderful ^^ i take some stupid medications and i think they make me retain though!
