Had way too much to drink Saturday at a friend's birthday. Then ate far too many calories at dinner that night. Did not even try to count it. Other than that I think I am following it well. Hard to drop those last few pounds, but between biking, running and soccer, I feel like I am more closer to "active" than my RDI is calculated.
