Donated all of my Easter chocolates into college today, everyone was happy! Less in the house, better for me- I don’t want to put back on what I’ve lost, I’ve worked too hard for that. Found out one of the other students (male) can eat whatever he wants and doesn’t put weight on! 😧 what the?!! How’s that even possible - I have seen him devour cakes n sweets in class. Me- I have some sugar and put a kilo on straight away 😩 So, anyways for breakfast I had a shake (cashew milk, coffee, nut butter, ice) I made from home, I didn’t eat my packed lunch which was avocado, tomato on 2 ryvita cruskits, just wasn’t hungry and it’s SO hot amongst ovens, stoves on with hot breeze coming through 🙁 with our full chefs uniform on too! So, I naturally lose an appetite.. I’m more thirsty than anything. Back to eating healthy and NO more naughty sweets for me, if I do, it’ll be dark chocolate like I was having previously.
