10st 13 Fat 26.5%. No surprises here again. Fitbit might have helped my NEAT but hasn't spurred me with me weight yet. Have discussed rejoining WW with hubby at a new Thurs eve group, or SW with swim buddy whose daughter is seriously bummed about her weight too so that would make the 3 of us to encourage each other. On the plus side, my baby's home from uni! But lots of celebratory meals, oops...
