I went out for dinner last night at a Brazilian restaurant where they keep bringing you cuts of meat. I have no idea how to record the portions of everything I ate but I stayed somewhat true to my Keto Diet. No alcohol or bread. No dessert. Just from estimating I went way over my daily calories and there was an extra 3 lbs on my scale this morning.
