I haven't checked my calorie intake for a couple years. I guessed at this being 500-550 cals, here was my finding. I have been eating this for breakfast everyday for a year:
2 tlbsp Chia 2 large boiled eggs 1.5 oz Kashi Cereal 1.5 oz blueberries 5 oz skim milk ½ serving protein mix ½ pack plain oatmeal 4 strawberries 8 cups coffee (no additives)
Totals Calories 580 Fat 18.3 Protein 25.8 Carbs 50.2 Fiber 12.2
This close guesstimation is largely due to recording everything I ate for two years. It keeps you portion and health conscious. BTW, I'm not afraid of good carbs.
