faced the music yesterday at weigh in... up 3lbs from my weekend of wild abandonment, eating whatever, whenever. But, I am now on Day 4 of being back on track. Hopefully those 3will be gone next week. I don't do the scale every day, as it is the cause of too much disappointment. This morning's breakfast is a vanilla Premier Protein shake blended with a cup of frozen strawberries.
