Diario de Swillary, 04 abr. 18

Day two of being back on track for the most part, less the beer I had last night. Ooops. Trying really hard to keep carbs below 100 grams. Crazy how fast they add up. I'm already at 67 for today. Going to get on the Bowflex tonight, try to get past the 15 min mark. That thing is a killer! Weigh in tomorrow and not feeling positive, but it is what it is. Tuna lettuce wraps for dinner and lots of water to flush my system.
