Its been a very long time since I have actively used my Fatsecret account. But its time I get my butt back in shape. My summer classes are almost done and then I will be free until September, so this is the best possible time for me to start implementing some healthy habits.
I'm going to try to write an entry everyday. And I will include what I ate and any exercise I've done. But, I do not and will not count calories, this is just to help me be more mindful of what I eat. I am also going to set out a series of goals on my bio page to help keep me motivated. I don't actually own a scale and will have to update my weight when I go to the gym (hence, my current weight is what I believe the scale said last time I went, it will be updated soon). I dont care so much about the number on the scale, as it does not take everything into consideration. I am more interested in my size, and so, I will be periodically recording my measurements, and that is what most of my goals will be based on.
Food: Breakfast: Coffee and a scone (Breakfast of champions on the run lol) Lunch: Egg/Spinach scramble on whole wheat toast, blueberries Dinner:Chili Snack: Kashi Mocha Almond Granola bar
Exercise: -Got off bus early and walked 4 blocks -Yoga/Pilates
