Completely fell off the wagon. Got sick last Thursday and did nothing but lay around and eat for 4 days. Feeling horrible and don't even want to step on the scale. Trying to do an all protein day today and get back on track. Just feel so sick about it. Last week I was up on the scale by 1lb and for some reason, I decided to let that be an opening to not care.
