Diario de HBarney, 02 abr. 18

Well, I have been snacking on candy a little everyday for a couple weeks now. I think I'm about ready to be done with that. I also really want to cut back on soda. I keep telling myself that I can't cut it all the way out because if I slip up after not having it for a few days or weeks, I don't sleep all night! That really should just tell me to quit caffeine altogether. Also, I have been doing a weekly 36 hour fast that I've skipped the last couple weeks. I'm going to fast tomorrow and didn't have caffeine today, so that's 2 days of no caffeine. I'm just trying to make better choices and stack those choices together to achieve change.
