I haven't been recording my food, but I've been doing okay, I need to up my vegetables most definitely. Today I ran (run/jog/walk) a mile in 16:15 (a month ago when I started running for the first time in about 4 years, it took 25 minutes, mostly walking). I ran 2 miles in about 33 minutes, thats twice my normal run in just a few more minutes than I usually spend on running. THEN, I met with my personal trainer afterwards. Kettlebell swings, deadlifts, presses...the usual. And I easily pressed the 20kilo bell with my right arm...left...not so much.
