Well, I'm very new to this app. My goal isn't necessarily weight loss (though I'll take it!) but rather a better quality of food. I have done better in the past and just want to keep striving towards more veggies and less candy and processed carbs. I'm trying to use this platform to gain accountability for my food choices. I'm trying to get back in the habit of logging ALL my food, good and bad. I love all the support this forum offers and want to offer my support to everyone here!
