I'm not sticking with my plan, I'm doing this protein low carb thing started out very well. I'm only 40 pounds away from getting to my goal I know I can do this thing I just need a little bit more willpower and mind control of eating carbs at times that's an addiction that I have it's the hardest thing to do it's eat right I love working out at the gym I can go there for hours at times but when I get home I gravitate to the snacks which I have to eliminate completely this month I really would like to drop 20 lb so therefore since it will be getting a little warm or where I live I would dedicate myself to being outside more trying to at least through 30000 steps a day and try this keto thing I hear it's really good.
