WELL, I GAVE IN TO TEMPTATION! &&& I must say, IT WAS DAMN GOOD! LOL
My husband and I took my little brother (whos taller than me, lol)out to Red Robins last night, and I ordered the MACHO NACHOS! YUM! And if that wasn't bad enough, I ordered dessert!!! The MOUNTAIN HIGH MUDD PIE!! If it makes it any better, I shared...haha!
I'm happy to say that my sinful evening to dinner did not cause any weight gain, but I can tell a HUGE difference in my energy level! I am sluggish, and feeling like a big ol' FATTY! hehehehe...oh well, yum yum! hahaha
Anyways, tomorrow starts a new week of my dieting adventure to reach my goal weight. Looks like I didn't hit the 130's this weekend like I planned (I LOST "sibby") but, I'm ready to lose weight this week...seriously, haha.
I plan on sticking to a liquid diet today. I know I know...blah blah blah...not healthy for me, but it will help me kick into drive, and also remind me that eating healthy isn't so bad! It's a hell of a lot better than eating nothing at all!!!
AnyhOOt, My baby needs a diaper change, and I have plans to go to the grocery store, and take my bro to get his hair cut. I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! GOOD luck this week!!!
