Good Morning! I am writing this to keep myself accountable for my eating. I am confused whether I should do Keto or plant based and carbs. I've done both and I have had success with them. I've done keto and lost 20 lb over 6 months and I think now it's time for me to go back to plant-based and carbs I felt terrific either way.
Anyways I am new to this area and so far I am enjoying all what this has to offer! I hope to gain insight and maybe a few friends to help me along the way.
