Just weighed again and am holding steady. I did jump 2 lbs 2 days ago when I ate more movie theater popcorn (a small bag) ...won't be doing that anytime soon again!
I drank a ton of water but it took 2 days to get rid of the salt.
I did measure this morning and noticed I dropped more inches off my stomach..hooray! I'll do Yoga tonight at 6 since tomorrow I'm taking the kids fishing with a friend and her two boys and then we are taking the kids to see an acapella group they like.

73,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 11,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
