Had way too much sodium yesterday in the ham dinner and the problem with ham I don't know how much I had. Too much sodium means a bit of a weight gain and my body retains alot of water. Felt really tired lately and know that it is because of my job when I will get it and the stress of money. I don't care as I will just keep on moving forward and there will be a nice big drop later in the week I do this all the time.
