I am feeling really good but I need to really learn to eat more healthier than I do, it's just that when you only get 1 meal a day you want it to be something that you will really like and enjoy so it's not always a healthy choice. but I am still loosing a little. I also started to excerise a little more, I have a 1 week free membership at Curves.
