Weight loss is slow, but I can tell I have lost inches. Comfortable back into a new pair of size 10 jeans. Was hoping for better results, but still holding a positive attitude.

Hi Lucky! Nice pic:) You can sneak in a little extra walking by parking as far from the building as possible. It all adds up. Size 10 feels good huh! Congrats on stopping smoking too.
