As I understand it, taking iron supps is far from optimal. Much better to get it from food, such as liver. I guess if you can't handle eating liver, you can switch to the hybrid ;) and take desicated liver capsules? Good luck in bringing your iron levels up! It can be a challenge.

No wonder them babies are gorgeous! you and hubby are so dang on cute...yep my hubby loves some sports big time...he get tickets from clients as gifts ..and we go...it cost an arm and a leg anymore even with the tickets free..time you spend money on parking food and drink...he introduce me to nascar...funny when I met him I thought the opposite...I'm the one who likes cowboy boots..and big trucks...I wasn't expecting nascar from him lol..we are both crazy over the classics though go to tons of shows once the season begins looking for a deal I'm loving the GTOS..Belaires 1955-1957...Chevelles... Camaros ...any truck ha ha I know I know...I get it all the time from everyone especially my guy friends... a little girl like you with the hair and nails done lol I might be a girly girl but I'm not one bit prissy ha ha well sweetie I'm glad I caught that..always a day behind...sending my love to you gf...hugs and more hugs too;)
