This is great news and I really feel that I have the ticket to lose weight and I have dropped another pound and it feels wonderful. I am not starving myself and I am walking a modest amount so this is all good. I am also working with a journal to lay out plans for a life based on guiding principles to help me in all aspects of my life. I still have to be careful in the evening as I have a tendency to want to eat too much.
