Today is Easter, and my sister want to cook over here at my house, she is sooo not the heathy eater, we grew up on some very high calorie fatty foods with lots of sodium... YUM!!! so I just hope I can resit the temptations and just stick to my own foods, I love the holidays but mostly for the foods LOL.. So maybe it is time I stop celebrating, I have already gotten off plan this week so it is vey important that I stick to the plan!
