Diario de geo99, 04 abr. 10

Yesterday was a "I don't care what I eat" day and remarkably did pretty good. We celebrated Easter with family and I prepared myself mentally and decided that I needed ONE day off so I did it. I feel no guilt and actually did pretty good. I have learned how much I used to overeat and didn't go crazy. I felt great and on the way home, I was not so bloated and overfull that I usually would feel. Today the Easter bunny came and dropped off some chocolate candy that I took out of the bag and threw away. Life is great and I am looking forward to the next several weeks of weight loss.
